The first parcel took over a week until we found out it had been damaged and all contents ruined, the second parcel arrived, again a day later than expected, and again damaged. It has held us back and cost us almost two weeks sales. It has left us seriously doubting whether to use you or your client Donald Cooke ltd in the future as we spend thousands of pounds per year with them and cant afford for have this extremely unprofessional outfit hindering our chances of earning money and just as importantly ruining our reputation as a business. Really not impressed. Received email saying package had been delivered at 9.30 - I was in but there had not been a knock on the door. The email said it had been signed for by a name I have never heard of. No address. I had no idea where it was. Rang the office - they rang back an hour later with no news. I did not hear anything further about my missing parcel. Later than night someone from down the road knocked on my door. They had had a note through their door saying a parcel had been left at another house! Luckily they found out where I lived. They could have not bothered and I would have lost my parcel and £60. Basically the driver took it to the wrong number house even though the number was on the parcel correctly. And I was never phoned back.

Paid for next day delivery on the Thursday they picked it up Friday dropped it off Monday and ignored my emails as well as kept the extra money I paid for next day service.... I will never use these again!!!!

the parcel was never delivered, although the tracker says it was, I also registered to be notified before delivery and was never notified and then it was impossible to sort the issue in time, or get hold of anyone who could help. TERRIBLE SERVICE

The parcel was left in front of my front door where anyone could have picked it up and walked away with it

The parcel never made it to me. Claims to have been signed for by a name that doesn't exist in my building. It's a government building with permanent staffed reception. So not likely to have been Masefield dumped or stolen by anyone in the building.

Don't no where my parcel is, no card delivered, only a surname for whoever signed for it, could be anyone on the street for all I know! Lost out on money not having this parcel yesterday! Never using this company again!!!

My husband arrived home at 11pm last night to find my parcel on our front door step. The card had been pushed through the door and actually had doorstep written on it. We live in a terraced house on a busy road and anyone could have picked it up, no common sense is the politest thing I can write. Now, all of this is made worse by the fact that I was in all day, if someone had knocked I would have heard them. I can only assume that there was no knock or an extremely soft one. Any of my neighbours would have taken in a parcel if they were asked. This is the worst postal delivery I have received and would tell friends family etc. not to use your service.

Hi, The parcel was left in our neighbours back garden. It was thrown over their wall and left in their muddy grass. We had to collect in the evening, it was covered in mud and slugs

A very disappointing service - the corner cabinet I ordered was broken in multiple places, they got the wrong address twice, sent the parcel back to the retailer and then were still incapable of delivering the parcel to my address but left it next door even though I was at my house. The attitude of the staff in the help centre was of incompetence, unwillingness to help, unproductive and with no service acumen. I will not use this company again and certainly would not recommended them After all delivering a parcel is not "Rocket Science"

Packaging was damaged but luckily goods were ok even though there was a fragile sticker on the box

6 parcels in 3 days delivered to incorrect address and people, now missing. I have lost several thousands of pounds thanks to drivers delivering everywhere except delivery address. Your card numbers are not recognised on system and if you call you refuse to help and then if you send email via contact form you will NOT receive a reply. DISGUSTING service! My company will be using other service from now on. DO NOT RISK USING THIS COMPANIES SERVICES, YOU WILL REGRET TRUSTING THEM.

Initially very impressed with tracking and contact. However,not sure if drivers read English. I completed directions to leave parcel at rear of house, printed out and signed confirmation. Left note on front door repeating instructions and confirmation on rear door. All this was ignored and parcel left at front door!!! Furthermore, although clearly marked "fragile" box is damaged resulting in damage to contents. Looks as if it has been dropped on corner or had heavy box thrown on top. Will seek compensation from company.

The parcel had been left at a completely different address, and it was only due to the honesty of the person who lived at that property, that it arrived at our home yesterday. The person also handed us the note left to say it had been put into the black bin. He very honestly brought the parcel himself to our home.

We dispatch parcels regularly. They lost one of our parcels we had sent for a client. We had to find out from our client. They put us in an awkward position. The shipment was a standard box 35cm 5kg, which we specified when placing the order so they can estimate the cost and when they lost it they asked us to describe it to them. It took us three days to make them start looking for it because of their terrible customer service, slow email correspondence in broken English. Once they even skipped a collection! They just didn't show up to pick up the parcel.

iDelivered to wrong address and, as the parcel was too heavy to carry, my husband had to use his car to fetch it.
