Not only was my parcel left at the wrong address but it was left in their outside porch a quarter of a mile down the road and our addresses are nothing alike.

I can assure you that we strive to deliver an exceptional level of service from both an operational and customer care perspective, and am sorry to hear that you was not provided with this on this occasion.

Package was left at front door in plain sight. Could have easily been stolen.

My parcel which I was expecting to receive yesterday has not arrived although they say it was delivered and put behind the gate, it was not my gate and not my address, I still do not have my parcel and do not know if I ever will, as I believe it was delivered to the wrong house. I was in all day yesterday and did not see a parcel man. My parcel was for cushion pads so was quite a bulky parcel , I have made my Christmas cushion covers and was only needing the pads so I could sell them , I am very frustrated as I have already waited a fortnight to get them from shop, ordered them 9.11.2015 so am not very happy.

The box looked like it had been delivered by Jim Carrey in 'Ace Ventura Pet Detective'. The split in the box was so bad i had to count the books inside to make sure none had fallen out in transit. All there but five had damaged edges and one looked like it had been bent in half (all hardbacks). The guy sending them offered to take £20 off the price but i hardly thought it fair that he lose out. He has sent the photos i sent him to you, so hopefully i will be compensated once he is...

Paid for next day delivery and booked for collection on monday, txt told me between3pm -4pm, never collected, well to keep this short ir was still here till friday, i found the secret phone number that they dont advertise and called, it will be tuesday, yep no collection called again it will be wednesday guranteed, yep no collection, same thursday and wow friday afternoon collection!! My advice is do not use as this happened a few weeks earlier and it took me a 30 minute drive each way to drop off at the depot, twice bitten but never again. Thank you

Box was left out side my front door not hidden in the rain. The box was completely sodden. If it hadn't been for the contents being wrapped in a plastic bag the items inside would of been ruined!

The merchant wrote down my postcode with one letter incorrect at the end. Everything else was correct, my name and rest of address. However because of this your customer service refused to speak to me on the phone because they said the postcode I was giving them didn't exist (it certainly does), and even though I was giving them my name and rest of address fine. Even though I told your customer services that they must have tried to deliver to the wrong address (simply going on the postcode and nothing else), you insisted on trying to deliver the parcel to the wrong address again the next day. To add insult to injury they then left it outside in the rain. Thankfully the incorrect postcode was still in our village, so they hand delivered it to me. However your service and attitude of customer services was the worse I've ever encountered. Terrible.

parcel not delivered to my address,according to the note that was posted through my door it was was left at no 11-no 17?!....and at a safe place `Side`?!?!- ive still not received my parcel,and after 3 phone calls And a promise of a call back-which never happened im out of pocket,very annoyed,and i will be visiting my local ukmail centre to get some answers-to say your service is crap is an understatement

Received a parcel clearly marked fragile, and once opened it was smashed to bits... Clearly just been thrown about. Won't use again.

I was at home expecting this package during the delivery window. I regularly tracked the driver via the 'Manage My Delivery' option on the UKMail website right up until the delivery prior to mine. The courier failed to arrive at this address. The driver states via the website that it has been delivered and that it was 'left behind the gate'. I made no such instruction to leave it anywhere, I was in expecting it (so why would I). This package has not been delivered or signed for. I am now spending half my day contacting customer support trying to ascertain where it is and how I can get it delivered to me. Shockingly bad and unacceptable service.

I ordered an item of pottery on ebay-with some value. It was left at my front door all day until my neighbour took it in. Not impressed at all.

We feel sorry for our supplier they arranged for our parcel with you on the 4.11.15 and we got it yesterday. What type of operation are you, We are a business ourselves and would think twice about using you, if this is the way you treat your customers.

You invited a review from my colleague stating that he had received an ipost parcel delivery. He did not. He had a depot collection at Dartford and they took 15 minutes to find the parcel. Also, Why do you not do Home to Depot deliveries? You do Depot to Home deliveries. why not the reverse? I am forced to do a 30 mile round trip Oundle - Wellingborough. I am not happy. Not very impressed when I wasn't in one of your delivery drivers left my parcel out in the peeing rain..i came home to a very wet parcel. They could have left it with a neighbour or one of my bins. Not impressed at all since you ask!

This s is a message I sent to the people who I brought my item off:- "A rather large gripe with your courier. We arrived home at 4:45 tonight and it was left leant up against the front door in full view. Luckily we're quite remote and not too many people actually walk past our house but, as we were out at work from 7:30 this morning, someone could've driven past, seen it and taken it. Don't know how long it had been there.... My husbands car was parked on the drive, the courier could easily have left it leant up against the car, out of view, and popped a note through the letterbox to advise us". So no, I'm not happy with the service I received from your company.

-1 One day delivery parcel has been delayed for one day, which affected badly my customer's plan. - 1 One day delivery parcel (40617530202295) has been delayed for 3 day, which is unacceptable and I need your explanation and compensation for that. - 1 Parcel (40617530202296 ) hasn't been delivered. Your call centre kept me waiting for 10 minutes without anyone answering the phone.

My parcel was latest iPhone cost me £450..00. Asked for a text to let me know when the driver was doing my delivery, which I never received. Found my parcel this morning which had been left out over night. So glad it didn't get stolen.

Your driver did not wait for me to come down and sign for the package they left it at the bottom of our stairwell and even though I was calling to him on the way down he left and when i approached the box I could see why.. the box was wet and broken at one end it also had been droped and had been patched up, this left it very difficult to lift up again. I did contact my supplier and she was very upset that my goods had arrived damged. If you would like to see the images just get in touch.
