Well I have not recived my package and I'm still waiting on someone to tell me where my package is. It's been over 24hrs now so I rate the service very terrible.

Parcel arrived damaged. Despite clear labeling....Fragile and This way up etc, the mirror was turned upside down and shaken about so mirror was knocked out of the frame Also the FEATHERED mirror surround was battered and some of the feathers dislodged and crushed. This is totally unacceptable and we will be seeking compensation from you,as this was an expensive item!!

Clear labeling that the item was a computer monitor, in addition to being labeled with 'Fragile' tape and marked which it it should be handled did not prevent my item being damaged beyond repair by your service. I have no reason to recommend your service to anyone and in fact every reason to actively provide negative feedback to anyone who would want to know about your service. You collected the item the day after you were booked to do so. You delivered it in 24 hrs of collection (well done), but were already a day late so not so well done. The item had been made to burst out of its packaging due to mishandling and the screen is now damaged beyond repair. To cap it all, I have been in touch with you via your web form and no-one has called or emailed me yet. Frankly I couldn't have done any worse had I actually out the effort in to trying to.

absolute rubish, not took care of the parcels at all, came broken, when it said clearly with red marker its Fragile. never again thank you.

The parcel was left in the garden as no one was in. Luckily it was still there when arrived home. Packaging was all wet & nobody signed for it

Cheap and nasty. Terrible customer service with poor response time. Take no ownership of faults within their network, such as late deliveries or damaged products - I have had £250 of goods damaged beyond repair during transit that was insured on their site, provided photographic proof of damage and claim was refused. Would never recommend.

My parcel when missing but turned up 3 weeks later when by a gentleman from 269 Badminton Rd, delivered it. He received it, opened it and found the invoice stating 295, my house number. He phoned UKmail to pick it up 3 time and they failed to do so. I have had no unprompted contact from the seller or UKmail despite several calls/ emails and raising a paypal dispute. UKmail failed to pick 4 times or call at my house as affanged- Abysmal service Yours Disgruntled from Bristol

The antique chest whigh was covered in fragile tape was in the back of the van on its end. Driver then carried it in the same way and very heavily put it down in my doorway at which point my heart sank hoping it was going to be ok and I made a comment "it has fragile tape on it for a reason". He then watched me struggle to get it a bit further into the house and laid down the right way. He never said a word and was rushing to get away. I carefully opened the trunk and low and behold there was a chunk out of the side he dropped it on. This was a one off £200 chest. The seller has had to give us a considerable discount and is now claiming through your company with the pictures I sent her.

If you are referring to the filing cabinet the Item was completely broken damaged on both corners draws in pieces, I can knot imagine that it must have been dropped or fell off the van or fell in the storage facility when awaiting delivery

I waited all morning and no one delivered the parcel. I called the helpline and they told me that it was delivered and left at the doorstep. This is what it says on the tracker No one rang the door? Now I don't have the parcel and the helpline cannot tell me what happened Aweful service. I will complain. Where has my parcel been delivered to?

They left an £1100 pound parcel out side my front door it broad daylight where every one could see and didn't put a card through the door

I ordered perfume from slapiton.tv on 5th November, it was despatched using your company (no. 40617530206990 ) on 6th November. Nothing arrived so I contacted where I bought it from on the 19th to find what had happened and was told it had been tracked and was being returned to them so another one was being sent. I had an email from you on the 24th giving me a delivery time between 11.39 and 12.39 but still nothing came. You sent another email on the 25th again giving me a delivery time - finally the perfume had arrived. Unfortunately the bottle was smashed !!! I trust this is not your usual service but it came at the end of a very trying time.

Ordered a parcel to be delivered to my business address, a bar that was open to the public at the supposed time of delivery, apparently the parcel was left behind a side door (why?) which is open to the street, needless to say no parcel was found and after two email and three days No response from 'ipost parcels'! Terrible service
