Failed to deliver the parcel on 4 occasions as said they could not find the address and did not have the phone number despite sending numerous text messages and phone calls eventually had to drive 120 miles to collect it. Customers services are appalling wount phone you back wount have a manager call despite repeated requests, and told me to collect it myself. Would not recommend or use again. PS I am still waiting for them to phone a week later. So much for same day

Totally disgusted by appalling service. Collection 2 weeks late despite having text to say they were collecting on 2 occasions. Claimed to have attempted delivery which was total lies as was in all day. No phone contact and email just does not receive replies. Totally cowboys that do not deserve the business and not worth the headaches involved. Ended up costing me a fortune in lost hires. Need I say more?

worst delivery service i ever deal with , delay to pick up my order then 3 days delay to deliver it back to me , no phone number to contact the company they don't gave a dam if you email not even answer you back , i wish i could rate them less then zero but i cant , a big zero to this company, i am a on-line seller i always use others company's and never complain , this was my first and last time to use this service , over priced zero service ,

I haven't received a parcel from yourselfs ? Can you please tell me what it is and when it was delivered as I am waiting on parcels but haven't received anything yet ??

Driver delivered the box, didn't ask for a signature, and made a quick exit to his van. I looked at the box, saw the FRAGILE stickers and noticed that the box was VERY BADLY DAMAGED. No wonder the driver was making a fast exit. I had to call him back to complain at which point he produced a clipboard with a list of deliveries and slots where each delivery should have been signed for. I noted the condition of the DAMAGED box and signed for it. If I had been a little slower off the mark the driver would have been off and I would have been left with a DAMGED delivery and no recourse to complain. VERY POOR SERVICE.

The delivery I should've received yesterday still hasn't arrived so the driver never actually made it to the address that you're saying he has???????

Pretty dreadful service. Wasn't delivered at the right time. Rearranged to different address, didn't get delivered. This list goes on..

I found the parcel in my back garden on Thursday morning. A neighbour told me she had just seen the driver "lob the parcel over the fence", making no attempt to deliver to my door. As it contained a piece of computer kit, this was all the more alarming. The delivery was also 24 hours late, the seller advising me the parcel had been sent on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. I stayed in all of Wednesday for nothing. I'm not impressed by any element of this delivery, and will be advising people against using your services.

the parcel was not left secure, basically left outside my front door in the street. also the delivery took almost a week very poor!!@@

Driver didn't knock or rang the bell. Just put a notice of delivery through the letter box. As a soon as I opened the door he freezed and said he rang the bell. I pressed the bell button and heard the bell ringing out loud. He just looked at the floor and then looked at me and with an ironic tone of voice said: Hi. Very poor service. If i hadn't looked through the window he would just leave pretending nobody was at home.

The parcel delivered was left in an open porch of a block of flats and was stolen ! Obviously the idea of leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour is a strange concept ! Also if your web site hadn't showed delivery to be on the 18th someone would have been home !! Very bad service

I have used ur service on several occasions and been more than happy with the service,however on this occasion I found ur service diabolical. I would like someone to contact me,as sending numerous emails to yourselves just doesn't get a reply. Check my file (if you keep any)

Appalling service. Found one of our two parcels dumped at our back door in a communal area and no idea where the other is. Contacted customer services for the courier and they weren't helpful!

Driver collected wrong item no call centre to contact phoned UK mail who they actually are and got very rude members of staff at the Milton Keynes office lost other item not been contacted about any of this very useless service will never use again will never recommend
