“Paid for a Friday delivery because I was off work that day, parcel never arrived. It was delivered instead on the Monday and left on the drive and no signature was obtained. Someone could have easily taken it or i could have been damaged due to the weather. Sorry but will not be recommending you anytime soon.”

“Would like to know who decides what parcel is delivered on the requested day or two days later !! , Parcel was booked on 17th April for a overnight delivery on the 18th , according to the tracking info it arrived at delivery location at 03:05, this was actually the depot arrival time , at which time this Urgent parcel was rescheduled for a Monday delivery , despite my attempts of offers to collect the parcel or get it delivered by taxi at my expense, no efforts were made on your part to accommodate this or fulfil you obligation of delivering when required , I have a very disgruntled customer who did not have a completed system for use on Monday morning you have a very disgruntled customer that will no longer be using your services”

“I was told by Ebay I would receive a delivery on one of two consecutive days by your company - I waited in both days. No delivery. I phoned and you blamed the vendor. So I arranged a day for me to travel to your depot and we duly attended in the afternoon only to be told that the parcel was on a lorry. Eventually it was delivered. Two days and one wasted trip. How bad can it get?”

“The parcel arrived over 2 weeks late on the 14th April having been sent to Germany by mistake, the box had been repackaged but still looked as if it had been dragged through a hedge backwards (I took photo's to prove my claims before taping the box back together). I had contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement which I received after 2 days I am now left with a set of brake Discs I don't want and have the hassle of returning the original order which should have had delivered on the 27th of March.”

“I am very angry to be told I had a delivery yesterday as I have received no parcel and neither has my neighbours which is what I requested for my parcel if I wasn't home. Can someone please contact me regarding this matter!!”

“This is the worst parcel delivery company I have experienced and I get at least 4 parcels per week. The driver drove past a 3feet by3 feet sign with my address and directions on it and left the parcel at Carrot cottage which had a sign outside obviously not Carrot moor farm.The people were in the house but he never knocked the door to ask but just left the pair of tyres at the door. I phoned after I saw on the internet that they had been delivered but was told to phone back in a couple of hours.This is poor customer service!!! I had to get in my car and drive 1.5 miles and go round six houses to eventually find my parcel. A very poor service and I will tell sales company to change their delivery company.”

“Inside was a tin (sealed) of pond paint, plastic protective cover, all taped down and lid clips! however your service was able to force the can open and most of the contents inside the very soden packaging, very bad 'service' will never use you.”

“Was told parcel would be there via text for a certain time, so I took the day off work, parcel did not arrive in time stated, I was then sent another text to say parcel was still on its way and would be with me that day, so I waited all day and no parcel arrived, I then received an email at 6:42pm to tell me that my parcel would not be delivered today, after I had waited all day as the texts I had received from you said that it was still on its way, very poor”

“parcel delivered ok, the package of which had fragile on it was completely destroyed with a big rip and hole in it, luckily the contents (a can of paint spray) survived. i can not believe the courier delivered it in that condition. Pity there is no space for to put the picture I took of it! Mr Collingwood”

“Delivery Driver was very impatient and inconsiderate. He pressed on my intercom and 4 of my neighbours intercoms continuously in a very aggressive manor, even though he had no reason to disturb my neighbours. He Was very rude and unapologetic when I told him his behaviour was unacceptable.”

“My parcel contained a microwave, it was packaged perfectly even had a towel and a blanket around it for extra protection, the plate inside was also wrapped in bubble wrap, even with all that when I opened it the plate inside was smashed to pieces, obviously my parcel has been thrown about for it to be practically down to dust, now the inside of my microwave is covered in tiny bits of glass. Absolutely shocking and I will never use this company again.”

“Parcel was a week late , original delivery date was 23rd March ,it turned up after me phoning your company and on the 30th . Instructions to find address are included in the ebay address but were not copied over to the delivery address . When the driver eventually arrived he said "It was getting dark I couldnt be bothered to look for the place so I went home " or something very similar. Thanks for the "service" but I wont use it again.”

“Shocking service first the sender was told item had been lost but they was trying to find it then after finding it, it went out for delivery but never recieved and they told me it was signed by SAFE and left on doorstep instead of leaving with neighbour which I instructed them to do. Now my sender trying to make a claim for the parcel they say it was delivered and that's it. Absolute joke will never use or recommend this service”

“Despite the fact my parcel was marked as fragile the delivery driver dropped the box over the fence into my patio which meant my package was heavily dented. Absolute disgrace I would not reccomend.”

“Driver arrived before the time slot and did not ask my wife to sign for the parcel. Regrettably the box had been burst on one side and on examination the contents were found to be damaged with the broken parts inside the packing material. I have now had to contact the sender to go through the process of obtaining a replacement. Supplier will no doubt be contacting you regarding the damage and I will have to remain at home to allow you to collect damaged goods.”

“Offering next day delivery, but can not fulfill this. We have used you twice w/c 30th March and on both occasions you have not met the expectations you set out to deliver. Both parcels arriving a day later than required.”
