The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and simply left on the doorstep. Item was clearly labelled with the correct address and each house has a number displayed.

Had to contact company because for some reason the parcel I was expecting hadn't been loaded onto a van to even attempt to be delivered! If I hadnt chased it up several days after it was meant to be delivered I guess the parcel would still be at the depot! Finally got the parcel, customer service was helpful but my overal experience is poor as only given the two options on here!

Current feeling is that I will never use nor recommend this service again - very disappointing from what was an ok and convenient service. The greatest disappointment and source of frustration is lack of communication - not being able to talk to anyone via phone does not help, especially as consignment status update requests we call iPostParcels The only phone number is for the parent company UKMail, who promptly inform they are unable to help and we should contact iPostparcels via the Contact_Us section of their website ( you know ... the same place where it says to call UK Mail)

do not use this company!, so many times not picked up when said, never get a response to any complaint or refund! they alter the tracking to being collected when it has not! do not do not use this company

Michael Blanchard Very dissappointed with the service a parcel went missing 2 moinths ago and still waiting ti find out where it is or even get a claim form back so i can refund my client 200.00 for goods he has paid.will never use this company again

This is the 2nd time I've been let down by this courier. This delivery was paid for next day delivery Saterday. I waited in all day and no delivery. They obviously had no intention

My goods were a large plant supposed to be delivered within 24 hours so the packaging advises was dispatched on the 4th and only arrived yesterday the 9th of February being dumped outside the gate on the pavement. The plant may survive and I will be contacting the supplier to advise of the poor state of the plant on delivery

Delivery was on time - which is nice. However one of the items was smashed beyond all recognition. The only way to have caused this damage would have been to throw the item onto a hard wall or floor - very VERY dissapointing

We booked a collection / next day delivery online - UK Mail failed to collect for 2days, so we took the parcel to the closest depot (58mile round trip). The process then started and we thought the parcel would be delivered 'next day' as paid for.. How wrong were we..! 3 days later and after numerous telephone calls with UK Mail responses like 'we will try and deliver tomorrow' ' no you can't arrange to collect them from the depot' 'if you're not happy then send in a complaint', they finally turned up. Exactly 1 week after they were supposed to collect, they finally managed to deliver the items. If you want a 'next day delivery' AVOID UK MAIL.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked for a parcel to be picked up on Wednesday afternoon as I needed it in Ireland for a launch night on the weekend. I called when it wasn't collected by Thursday morning and the man told me it would be collected that night. I left on my plane for ireland. As of today (Tuesday) my parcel is still sitting in my hallway in London. Noone has contacted me to explain or to tell me when it is being picked up. Useless service, and people who can't help at all on the phone. Will not use again.

bought a kitchen machine from amazon but it was wrong size decide to return to seller. So booked a collection for 29th Jan 2015 for next day delivery which did not happened. Despite many emails and phone calls asking for a refund as I changed my mind somehow driver turned up for collection as I was on the phone to them. I have kept checking online how my delivery was progressing and find out that they lost my package. I have phone their so called customer service centre but couldn't get the help I needed.

I had paid money for my parcel on last friday for the collection today between 15.15 to 16.15, no one came to collect my parcel yet. Need to be delivered before 11/2/15. No reply for the emails or no phone no to contact

No telephone number for customer service - after 2 web enquiries and 3 tweets they finally got back to me in the afternoon when I was expecting a morning collection ..... Finally I got a very pleasant "thanks we managed to take your money but didn't put your order on the system - so sorry" finished with a smiley face ! Not impressed - this was an urgent AM collection ..... They are cheap but guess that's a lesson learnt - you get what you pay for! Completely useless do not use !!

Terrible! I booked them to pick up a parcel from a disabled friend on a Thursday, and recieved an email thursday morning to say they would be there later in the afternoon but they did not show up. Nothing to say the werent comming. After calling them and being assured they would be there the next day that same thing happened. They eventually collected the parcel on Monday. And it was meant to be next day delivery so should have arrive at the destination 3 days before it was even collected!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
