Interesting email asking for a review of a delivery I never received! I was in all day, and not once did my doorbell ring with a delivery. So where is it?

parcel was just left in front of the door with a tub put over it that did not cover the box therefore it was in plain view as our house is at the end of the road in a close, and our door is clearly visible .anyone driving up or walking past could see it , there are three wheelie bins in the garden behind the hedge two recycling bins one of which the driver could have used and put a card through the door to tell us where it was that clearly did not occur to him

Parcel not received, nothing signed but say I signed for it , scammers please beware !!! I have requested the proof of signature but not received !!

Bloody useless. Don't use these people!! Didn't even deliver my parcel I had to go out of my way to get it from.the Depo 2 days after it was due to be deliverd by next day delivery!!!

I have had several experiences with the Uk-Mail owned company. I have also dealt with most other courier firms. I hold the opinion that a review is based on the experience with a local delivery driver. if the collection/delivery driver in your area actually cares then the service tends to be great. My driver for UK-mail seemingly does not care about his job or his customers. One occasion I waited in two days in a row promised that the driver would collect a large item, he did not. What makes it worse is he actually delivered to the same address on the 2nd day though didn't knock the door, just dumped the parcel at the doorstep. I suspect he didn't want to collect such a cumbersome item... This has happened twice now, he can't be bothered to actually deliver the goods. I am sure he gets home earlier though! then the 3rd day he finally arrives with no explanation as to why he is 48 hours late for the collection. Wont be using this company again....

Great if nothing goes wrong, but a complete nightmare if it does. I've been waiting two months to get a consignment delivered (40540090038639) and the support team won't even respond to my emails. The fact that you can't even speak to someone in the event of an escalated complaint is shocking. I will be writing to the MD of UK Mail if I don't get a reply shortly. Having used iPost quite a lot, I now feel very disappointed and let down.

I am sorry to have to write this, but without any doubt, this is the worst postal service I have ever used. My parcel wasn't collected before 1pm which is the service I paid for. It then wasn't delivered the next day which I also paid for. It was also then delivered to the wrong address! It looked liked it had been battered to death, so it was therefore opened in front of the delivery driver, and sure enough a peice of metal was missing from the light fitting. The driver checked his van but the peice was not in there so the light fitting cannot now be used. I tried to file a claim online, but got no email acknowledgement. I contacted UK mail as this was the number on my paypal receipt, only to be told that there was absolutely nothing they could do to help and I would have to continue with my online efforts! Even though it clearly wasn't working! After a lot of pleading the boy eventually said he would email Ipostparcels. I now have an email giving me a ref number, and another email telling me the case is now closed! On every single level the service has failed. I cannot think of another thing that could of gone wrong apart from you losing the parcel altogether. Awful service. We were in waiting for the parcel. Driver didn't even bother to knock at door. An hour after parcel should have been delivered I decided to check the status online to be informed that it had been delivered and left in our porch. We don't even have a porch! My husband decided to check outside and found it dumped on our garden path in full view of the busy street. It was raining and the parcel was consequently wet and muddy. Seriously unimpressed

I was very dissapointed seeing as the parcel was for valentines day and i paid for it to be delivered on 14th feb. I have complained to the company where i ordered the parcel from and it was sitting in your depot on that date when it should have been delivered. Maybe you can explain why?

16/02/2015 Consignment Number : 82611356344108 Dear Ipost Parcels, Regarding the above consignment number, I have on numerous occasions emailed you for status report on deliver of my parcel, these emails are constantly being ignored. This parcel was initially to be delivered on the 5th February 2015, for some reason the driver could not find the address even though I have sent Christmas cards and Birthday cards with no problems, the delivery was re-scheduled for the 11th February 2015, but has yet failed to turn up at its destination . You requested from me more information to assist in the delivery of this item, to which I supplied almost immediately, by the time you get this letter it will be two weeks since I sent a parcel with Ipost that was scheduled for a 48 hour delivery time. I formally request a full investigation into this totally unacceptable service and also formally request that the said parcel is either delivered to its destination or retrieved and sent back to my UK address as above. I have also tried contacting UKMail, your sister company but they are also as unhelpful as you are. Yours Unsatisfactory

Delivery driver made no attempt to knock on door or ring the doorbell. After speaking to customer services we now have to wait until tomorrow for delivery. This is not good enough as we need the item today.

!!! DO NOT USE IPOSTPARCELS !!! I paid £59.50 via paypal to send birthday present international, system went in to error after payment was made, I was unable to complete booking and print off international documents. I called and emailed 7/8 times was told to give parcel to driver on collection, I paid for am collection, but was emailed at 8am to say driver would arrive between 1.14 and 2.14. Driver came I asked for reciept to say no invouces attached due to system failure he walked away from me saying its a collection. Parcel was sent to england and has been delayed ie unable to send due to invoices not being attachedafter another 8 calls uncountable emails and a complaint sent to head of complaints department, I have no idea where my box is or if I will get it back.. in process of complaining and trying forvrefund from paypal.. will if necessary take whatever legal action necessary this is illegal and must be stopped. DO NOT USE

Needed a 'no fail' delivery for a theatre show. Failed to uplift parcel. Promised next day delivery. Didn't deliver. Failed to take remedial action. Delivered parcel late afternoon - the day after the performance. Well-packed contents damaged in transit... Completely unreliable service.

Received an Email notification from " ipost parcels " on 11.Feb 2015 early in the morning with the message "Your ipostparcels.com order 40328681385381 is estimated for delivery by UK Mail between 14:05 - 15:05. Your order is now out for delivery with our driver, and will be delivered between the times stated above. " On 12.Feb.2015 received a message again for a review with "One of our drivers delivered a parcel to you yesterday, and we would love to know what you thought about our delivery service. Whether its a big thumbs up, or a thumbs down! " Today is 14.Feb. AND PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED - THUMBS DOWN TOTALLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED

to take over one week to deliver a parcel from 140 miles away is shocking. when after several days your tracking system reported that it could not find my parcel it was hard to believe in the so-called technical age that this could happen. i would not recommend your company to anyone because they are very, very poor.

Terrible service very little care with the package one of the items was smashed to pieces....item just so happened to be a one of a kind so cant be replaced. Very dissatisfied as is the person who sent it.

Fri 13 Feb. Can't believe I've had an email asking me to rate the service for delivery of my parcel when I don't have it!! Was supposed to be delivered between 1:15 & 2:15 so I took time out from anextremely busy schedule to be there. Had to leave just after 3 as I couldn't wait any longer so who the hell has it been delivered to??? Very unimpressed Update Sat 14 Feb: Just got home and the parcel had been left outside in the rain just propped on my doorstep in full view of the road. Diabolical service
