“If you mean the delivery on Friday 20th -parcel was due between 3.45 & 4.45pm. Eventually turned up at 6.30pm. Not impressed at all”

“https://www.facebook.com/groups/661631697195978/ this says it all about UK MAIL and its whole experience RUDE FOUL MOUTHED DRIVER CALLING ME A C-WORD NUMEROUS TIMES DEPOT WAS TOLD AND HAVE NOT ACTED UPON IT AND STATED THE DRIVER SAID I MADE A RACIAL COMMENT WHICH IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. HAD A DELIVERY YESTERDAY PLANNED BUT UK MAIL FAILED TO TURN UP LET ALONE DELIVER, I GOT A CALL FROM THE SUPPLIER ALSO ADVISING ME SO. CALLED UK MAIL GOT SOMEONE WHO STATED WAS A MANAGER BUT RETRATCED AND SAID WAS A SUPERVISOR IN A MOCKING WAY. SHE TOO WAS RUDE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR, EVASIVE, WHEN I MENTIONED MY PARTNER WAS AFROCARRIBEAN AND HE KNOWS I AM NOT A RACIST. I SAID YES HE IS MY PARTNER TOO HAVE YOU A PROBLEM WITH HOMOSEXUALS. SHE SAID NONE OF US HERE ARE GAY. I POINTED OUT I NEVER ASKED THAT. AT THE END OF THE DAY DERBY UK MAIL ARE RUDE AND SHOULDNT BE USED BY ANYONE, MY REVIEW IS THE TRUTH”

“Terrible service. I used them at Christmas as they still guaranteed delivery (this was 1 week before). I sent 8 parcels on the same day, some of these did not arrive until the new year. Don't bother contacting their "customer services" as they will not reply, they do not provide any other way to contact them except email. Also do not waste your time contacting UKMail directly as they just fob you off stating that they cannot respond to ipostparcel queries. I vowed never to use them again until last week (mid February) as I had an urgent parcel that needed to be delivered next day and our regular courier is 2 to 3 days. I dropped the parcel off at their dept Thursday morning to ensure Friday delivery. The parcel arrived Monday dispite paying for next day. Yet again no reply to any emails I send them. If anybody at ipostparcels bothers to read these reviews then please contact me to discuss what dreadful service you offer.”

“Should of been left last Tuesday. Was not. Then Wednesday, it was not. Rang Thursday, told it would be delivered Friday with phone numbers given and direction for the driver. Driver rang to say he was trying to find me. Parcel not delivered. Finally delivered Monday. Left in porch. We are not hard to find, I live on the main road.”

“Well i paid for collection before 1pm and it was collected at 4.30 because the driver "wasnt in the area"... why let me pay extra for the driver to say that. waste of time and money.”

“The delivery driver knocked on my door as I went to answer he was starting to open my front door, then started to tell me how nice the house was as he was looking over and around me terrible really for women alone at home”

“What a pile of rubbish this company is next day delivery should of been delivered on a Tuesday fed a load of lies as to why it was not delivered and told it would be definitely Wednesday which came and went still no parcel Thursday came only to be told the package is not on the van and I will have to re arrange another day”

“My parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday was not delivered and no parcel was delivered yesterday as we are shut on a Monday. So thanks for the late delivery I have now lost money equating to £45 as I have had to cancell an appointment for today as I did not have the contents of my delivery which I required to do my job .. So thanks again for losing me money !!”

“Very poor service. Parcel was collected from the seller a day late, then arrived to us another 3 days late! When nothing arrived within the 72 hours, we tried to chase it up and were told that the parcel had "reached it's destination", so presumed it had gone to the wrong place, but got no other information than that, terrible customer service! The parcel arrived very dirty, as by that time it had been sitting in the back of a van for 10 days.”

“my parcel was left outside and went missing. took me a lot of time to chase it up. when i have used your service previously it was very poor. had to stay in 3 days for collection, Non existent customer service etc”
