Online it stated that my parcel was delivered, it states that it was signed for by "side gate". I'm not entirely sure how my side gate managed to sign for my parcel?????? Either way when I got back the side gate claims not to have my parcel, so I am now trying desperately to find out who has my parcel, or even whose side gate has signed for my item?!?!?!?! Not a happy chappy at all!!!

UK Mail are the most difficult company to get hold of if you have a query. Sent a parcel on 20th January, it was returned with no explanation on 2 February. Stupidly sent another parcel on 10th February and that was about to be returned if I had not finally (after 2 days of speaking to several different people one of whom told me my parcel had gone missing, another said it was out with the driver) told them to leave at the 24 hour manned delivery address! How difficult can it be..... Wouldn't have minded if someone had thought to give me a call - they had my phone number!

First day due for delivery the drivers van broke down. The second he was delayed and his shift ended so he didn't deliver my parcel. Then I called up and they told me it was at the depot so I went there on my lunch break to be told it was out on a van. Finally got delivered and left outside a week later. 2 days and a lunch break wasted. Shocking service. Never use again.

I would have to say 'very poor' as I have not, to my knowledge, received a parcel from you. Your email is dated 24th February so I am assuming therefore that when you stated I received a parcel from you yesterday, you are referring to Monday 23rd. The last parcel I received was Friday 20th. Whether this was from you, I don't know.

Heavy box ask if could bring to side door on his trolley grunted he would see, did, then pushed it half into kitchen door for me. I asked if he could actually put all the way in (I am a five foot 63 year old ) again grunted something and with my help just managed to push into kitchen enough for me to close door. Not very helpful and positively rude.

the goods were damaged in transit. I was offered a replacement from the supplier who said this had happened twice in the same week

To what address ? Not mine. As I live at 10,Looans close, Loggans, Hayle, TR 27 5BD for the last month. And I can't go out on my own.

The items were left at the bottom of the stairs to the the restaurant upstairs blocking the way up. The delivery driver did not even come upsfIra to tell us.

So far they have failed to deliver two parcels to me. On Friday they rang th gate bell. BY the time I got to the gate some 30-40 seconds later the van was no where to be seen and a failed delivery note was pushed into the letter box A previous parcel a few weeks earlier had the same issues and 3 failed attempts to "deliver". Finally after many telephone calls I managed to arrange a 4th attempt and finally got my parcel. Either use someone else, or drive to the shop. It will be so much easier

Appalling service. Failed to deliver and told supplier that you are not prepared to call recipient on contact no' supplied to make sure you find address. Failed to send out again for several days despite numerous contacts from supplier with details of recipient. Delivery man did not attempt delivery when 1st sent out as was claimed or he would have seen notices on the properties that he could have tried redirecting him to correct property. Due to receive goods on 12th Feb..finally arrived 20th Feb after endless emails to supplier. Huge inconvenience. 20yrs of residence at this address and all other delivery companies find this address..either 1st time by reading the postcode correctly or by calling the contact no' they have been given. But not this one! Appalling.
