“It took 3 attempts to deliver this parcel. I was made aware of the delivery date and made sure that I was at home to receive it. I then received an e-mail telling me I was out and that it would be delivered the next day, I was still waiting the next day when a further e-mail told me I was out. The next day I discovered the parcel dumped on the doorstep of the house next door, ten yards away. Not a good effort on the part of your delivery driver.”

“received an email to my work email address stating ipost parcels had delivered a parcel to me yesterday (sunday!) they most defintatley did not deliver anything to me, and nor was i expecting them too, in addition, i have no idea how they got my work email address. i believe it is just spam.”

“Unfortunately my parcel didn't arrive, after speaking to customer service we fear it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Customer service were extremely helpful, however, 4 days later & the depot still haven't got to the bottom of what has happened to my parcel.”

“Firstly I did not have a delivery yesterday as you suggest in the intro letter. Delivery took place last week and it was not my parcel. When I contacted depot to help you sort it out they put the phone down on me.”

“Assuming you are referring to the hermes driver on Saturday, it was shocking. I saw the van but assumed my other half had taken the parcel. He was unaware of it however. There was no card. Tracked on website- said it had been left on the porch. We don't have a porch. After much chasing the courier and at their direction the sender, eventually found it camouflaged amongst other cardboard in our wheely recycling bin. The other parcel which was posted at the same time has yet to be delivered.”

“One star because I eventually got the parcel after a fortnight after placing the order! My Gran could have walked it here quicker! There was some excuse about the delivery address not being recognised but I find it difficult to believe that it is hard to find a building, built in 1861 in a Hamlet, which has daily deliveries from other parcel companies a bit hard to swallow.”

“I was burglar on time of my delivery and I left a note for him to leave my parcel next door neighbor and my neighbor sow him still ringing and knocking . My mind goes everywhere and I am waiting for police fingerprint . Hope he is a good guy.”

“you sent this email on the 2nd of March stating you delivered a parcel yesterday. I have received no such parcel on the 1st March. Your email also stated that I would be entered into a prize draw on the 1st March. Very odd as you have sent this email after the draw.”
