“I answered the door with my 4 month old baby in my arms. The delivery man was smoking a cigarette. I had to stand at the door with the smoke blowing into my home and onto myself and my baby whilst he sorted his hand held device for me to sign. I was disgusted and wish I was confident enough to tell him to get rid of the cigarette. I wouldn't have been as angry if my baby wasn't in my arms but she was and this delivery left me angry at myself for the rest of the day for not saying something to the man. I was just so surprised to answer the door to him smoking.”

“Received a request to write a review about a parcel delivered yesterday. No parcel delivered from this company. No details about what the parcel was supposed to be. Hence 1* review as could be fraud.”

“I was disgusted with this service. I did not want this parcel so was told to tell the driver to just take it back & not sigh for it. as I was in my kitchen when I see a van pull up at my next door neighbour, so I thought this is not my delivery, then a minuet later my neighbour knocks on my door to say that she thought the parcel was for her, then she looked at the name & address & saw that it was not for her , she had signed for it. I then rang customer service to say the driver did not even knock at my door & that I did not want the parcel, & was told that I had the parcel so it was my problem!!!!! then on the evening they had the cheek to send me an email saying that I had my delivery & it was signed by me which is not true.. so my review is they are utter RUBBISH.”

“It hardly deserves 1 star as the package failed to be delivered on 2 consecutive days as it was reported to me that the driver had run out of legal driving time. The next 2 working days I was not available to recieved the parcel , so it was delayed to following day. I was told by the call centre that the parcel would be delivered , but when it failed to arrive I contacted the call centre and they informed me the parcel was not out for delivery on that day . The parcel finally arrived on day 7! This was on a "next day delivery" no compensation has been offered for the abysmal service. If this is the best you can do I regret that you have failed .”

“Talk Talk are good at telling you little at the start of then dripping the negative information later I finally had enough and decided I definately did not want this box and sent an email to you saying please do not send this box and I am not going to receive or sign for it! In the event your delivery man quietly put the package in my porch and disappeared thus avoiding me! I did not therefore want it or sign for it. Please take the box away. You can see why I have given you a very poor marking.”

“Ordered a bathroom sink unit which arrived smashed and box was very damaged. Had to wait 2 days for a replacement which was once again smashed in the same place. Both times the box had been clearly dropped by courier.”

“Thankyou for the email that stated I had a parcel delivered yesterday. I did indeed have a parcel delivered but it was on the 27th of Feb not the 1st of March. Your email also says that by providing feedback I can be entered into a draw that took place yesterday. It would appear that your company operates 2 days behind the rest of the world, if this is the case may I have an invite to the Xmas party which I should be in a fit state to attend as I will have had 2 days to recover from our own.”

“I did not receive my parcel yesterday, despite paying an additional charge for next day delivery. Very disappointing. I have no idea whether it has arrived today as I am now at work. Will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience.”

“Lots of text messages and emails received promising delivery, apologising for delay in delivery and then claiming delivery but NO PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED!!! An absolute joke (but no-one's laughing).”

“I requested notification before delivery. This was not done. The parcel was delivered to the wrong individual - someone called Alan. I have no idea who this person is. The papers are legal documents.”

“The package arrived and the contents were smashed up.... assuming the seller didn't post it broken I can only assume the large "FRAGILE" labels were ignored and it was thrown around or squashed.”

“I received an email saying that my parcel was delivered yesterday but nothing was received and neither did they put a card through saying we had missed them.. I am not happy because they dont have a number to contact them!!!”

“I can't review the delivery yesterday because we had no delivery yesterday. It was Sunday. Regarding any other deliveries how do we know it was from ipost? As there is nothing on most parcels to indicate which postal service was used. If its ipost that delivers for amazon then I would say absolute rubbish. Stayed in all day only to find the parcel was delivered in the morning to the wrong road, left at a neighbour's (wrong road again) and it. was not even signed for. A whole day waste.”
