“Took the dumbass driver 3 attempts to find my house, never once called to ask for directions, each day I called customer services and each time my details taken with the promise of "the driver will call you etc for directions" never happened. Bad customer service and all round poor service, certainly would not use myself to courier anything.”

“Delivered late. No phone call ahead of time, no signature and left by the house where anyone could steal it. I am furious with this delivery service.”

“No notice of delivery. After chasing-up by the sender, we've learned that they left it "with a neighbour", but they can't say who or where. Going to go and knock on some doors tonight and see if anyone has it. Wouldn't have known that delivery was even attempted if I hadn't phoned the sender to query and their staff had been good at chasing UKMail. Not impressed.”

“Your email to me statted that you delivered a parcel yesterday. Untrue. I am expecting a delivery, but as yet it has not arrived. If the driver has left it some where, then he has not left a note”

“Terrible service. Error in delivery. I was in my house at the time stated and the package never game. It was delivered to someone else with a different. although similar, name instead. I then left the house for the evening and when I cam back later the package (containing an expensive electronic device) was in front of my door thus being subject to a risk of theft. I would strongly advise you to reconsider your service. Mainly, please ensure in the future that you check the name and address of the person to whom you deliver the package so that you don't deliver it to a random house instead. Thank you for your time.”

“I got in touch and tried to make another date for delivery as we were away for eight days.. was asked if it could be signed and left with a neighbour. . I said if you find anybody that would be okay.. The parcel was valued at £300. . It was left on the doorstep. If it's still there I will be very surprised. . We have been away 4 days... and it makes the mind boggle. . What a crap service. .”

“Paid for next day delivery. You then failed to deliver the parcel to correct depot which meant it was now going to be delivered the following day despite the depots being 10 miles apart. Your a delivery company who can't even deliver to your own addresses. I was not informed about this, I found out by tracking my parcel myself which gave the vague description of 'delayed'. After phoning and speaking to someone who had the very relaxed view of 'oh well you will get it tomorrow mate' he suggested I contact the seller for a refund. However they tell me you don't refund for your cock ups due to insurances etc. They offered to compensate me but I declined. Why should they lose money to compensate me when it was you who are useless. I would never use you for my services and I hope others wise up too. Shambles!”
