“Thank you for this beautiful jacket....and very touching that the order arrives with a HAND WRITTEN greeting. Very special. But can I make a suggestion.... You make a strong point about 'free shipping' to EU....when I looked to buy the item it was shown as €109 marked down to €89.....I put it in the cart... and clicked to pay... which then showed €109... with a note about this being due to my location. Very confusing...I think you need to come clean about why this happens. When I asked customer service.. the response was basically.. "this is what we have to do". So, maybe you do not offer items at 'marked down prices' outside of ?? Ireland... OR you do actually add a shipping charge. So please 'fess up to what it is really about, because as it stands it does give one a funny feeling about your wonderful inventory, and a slight hesitation about recommending it to others..... All the best to you all. Ingrid.”
