“Easy to navigate on the website and customer service was quick to answer my questions. The parcel arrived in excellent condition and the items are beautifully made. “I have been purchasing your knitwear for years mostly from your factory shop in Baldoyle. I love it but unfortunately price wise it is out of my league now. I was delighted with the 20 per cent discount and purchased two items your parcelling and delivery are excellent and I would add your staff are very caring and helpful. I still wear some jumpers purchased long ago and only had one problem recently with a heavy Aran knit cardigan which I hand washed. It did actually shrink. You should be very proud of your company and long may it continue.”
