After ordering and paying via Paypal, the following day saw an offer which was a Direct Debit opton. Decided would prefer this. Was allowed to cancel, and a new Order in place, which was dealt with in a pleasant/friendly manner. Many thanks A Housley

I am confused that I am being asked to send feedback when I have to wait four to six weeks before receiving the magazine. You see I will be away and leaving my 82 year old husband I would have loved to get the magazine to give to him before I go so he may have it to read when I'm gone. He used to ride in his young days and is much interested in the old British motorcycles.

Hi Elva, Thank you for taking time to review us. As we offer a large range of titles we can only offer the delivery guideline of 4-6 weeks when the order is placed, this is noted on our site. I have now contacted the particular publishers and sent you an email over with details of when your husband will receive his first issue.

I was disappointed that the person I spoke to couldn't tell me when my last subscription ran out and if the delivery would be continuous as this is an annual present I give my daughter. I thought this was strange. Also I didn't receive email confirmation of my renewal until I rang to request it

I purchased a magazine subscription which was easy to do and looking forward to it however I then received a code via email for discount off my next purchase it would have been nice to have that off my first purchase as do a lot of companies.

Since you ask, I was in difficulties on the ISUBSCRIBE website in trying to arrange a 12 month only order of The Artist. Everything seemed to lead to a direct debit arrangement so I had to resort to the telephone next day. More of a struggle than I expected.

This service is great, and when I had problems last year with the delivery of a monthly magazine to France, they were very quick to try to resolve the issue.

After a very exasperating few days with another Subscription Company I called isubscribe and spoke to your representative Gemma (Jemma) on Monday 25 April 2016. She was very efficient and effective and I look forward to receiving my first issue (Issue 10) of Today's Quilter at the end of May 2016. If I do not have any difficulties with isubscribe Distribution of this Magazine, I shall certainly continue to use your Company. Thank you Mrs Rebecca Davis

Ordering a subscription was easy. According to the info received after sub order made, first issue takes rather a long time to arrive. The subs was a gift but have had no info as to whether a notification card will be sent to the receiver. An opportunity to print out a gift subs card, would be a nice feature.

I bought the same magazine last year as a birthday gift. When the renewal was due i received no communication and was horrified to discover when i did re order it that the reminder had been sent to the recipient and not to me the purchaser. had I known you had done this I would most certainly not have re ordered from you. I would welcome an explanation

This is our fourth renewal can't wait to get latest q unfortunately will have missed a couple never sure when it's running out it would be brilliant to get a reminder we live in a very remote area and our postal service is not good they leave them in box on a .mountain road on the couple of occasions we haven't received it you have been very quick to send replacement excellent service thankyou
