“I have had to send a few emails to manage a couple of subscriptions that were Christmas pressies. The emails responses I received were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Everything was managed successfully over email which is one less phone call for me (appreciated at this busy time of year!). Really pleased with the efficient service.”
