“My regular subscription to Tennis Head became due and was efficiently renewed on line - In addition I was so impressed a few months ago, when I had missed a renewal and in the process some special articles about Johanna Konta - My telephone call to isubscribe was courteously handled, your representative immediately understood my request and within a few days the back number of my magazine arrived.
