“A shame that iSubscribe does not make it CLEARER that after 12months your Gift Card expires and any balance left on it is then lost, unless you take remedial action, as I did, to recover it. After all, someone paid hard cash for it when they bought it as a present, and iSubscribe has no right to help themselves to it just because they deem it to be too old. The matter was satisfactorily resolved, but it would put me off buying one for anybody as a present.”

“Straightforward and easy service to use. The savings per magazine aren't always huge, but there's no postage and you'll never miss an issue, so worth doing.”

“Anything I've ordered so far has arrived very quickly. Errors are rare but the one time it did go wrong (I received the wrong magazine) they corrected it immediately and I received the correct magazine the next day! Anyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful too. This is what customer service should be like. All in all I think they're a great company to shop with.”

“Subscription price advertised when ordering via iSubscribe differed to the subsequent direct debit notification which was more expensive. I had to contact the magazine company to rectify the situation. Disappointing.”

“Received first copy of Britain at War very promptly but unfortunately it was damaged in the post. A replacement copy was sent to me immediately so I am very impressed with the service.”
