“I-subscribe emailed me saying my subscription for the mag I get for dad was due. I renewed. Next day I get a call from the publishers - my subscription is not due for another 12 months. They advised me to ignore I-subscribe emails. They will email me when it is due. I was not scammed, but annoyed.”

“The website was quick and easy to use. Had a wide selection of magazines to choose from but had the one I wanted and at the cheapest price of £28 for 22 issues. Brilliant!!”

“The process makes subscribing very easy. It is useful to receive a reminder when a subscription comes to an end. As I don't want to set up a direct debit it is good to have the option of a one-off payment. Very satisfied.”

“iSubscribe are very quick in responding to requests for information. If I am to criticise anything it would be their failure to remind me that my subscription was about to expire, otherwise I find them very efficient.”

“I normally have problems sending gift items via the internet to a U.K. recipient because I live in France. With iSubscribe absolutely no problem and I would DEFINITELY use them again.”

“Ordering was easy but this was a gift and even though I did ask for an email to be sent to the recipient he never received one. I was unable to print off anything as a gift acknowledgement which didn't have the cost on it. I think that would be a helpful option.”

“Very easy to find the subscription I was looking for. A little pricey and I was disappointed with the terms of the cheaper option, but I was really pleased with the ecard I sent to my father in law as part of his gift.”

“My Daughter ordered a gift card for my Birthday which she was informed would be delivered on the correct day. unfortunately it arrived a day late. Have chosen a magazine subscription the gift card was then not accepted when placing the order. A phone call to I subscribe was required and the representative informed me the card had expired in October 2012. I advised that I had only just received the card. I subscribe called back later and apologised. Not a good first experience.”

“My recent experience of setting up a gift subscription for delivery in USA was excellent. The phone assistant was very efficient and courteous. Excellent! However I thought I had set this up 2 months ago but nothing happened: no magazine, no money out of the bank so obviously all your operatives are not as efficient. I also set this up awhile back but I had no renewal notice at the end of the year (I would have renewed) so it wasn't until 6 months passed and I realised that my son was getting no magazine that I started again with the subscription. (He was sent a renewal notice but if it is a gift, it should come to me). Hope you get these things sorted out as it is costing you money!”
