“I signed up with you to receive the Telegraph and after a month had passed I had heard nothing. You told me to contact the Telegraph who then told me that you had never passed my details on to them.”

“1 magazine arrived on time. The other has not arrived despite repeated calls to the UK-at MY expense and to the US company who apparently bought the North American rights to BBC History Magazine . VERY P------ OFF!!!!!”

“On the whole very good but on 2 occasions was unable to log in to resubscribe,It was very frustrating as I have been taking writer's News for a long time and I ended up talking to the Editor of the magazine. I think you should be clearer on the difference between User name and email name. .”

“It took u a long time to sort my subscribeion out , and my only 2isuses have all come after the first few days of the month, so i very much hope the remaining issues will come b4 the end of the month , if not I will not be renewing my subscrion wen it needs renewing.”

“After payment taken from my account in April I was promised June edition. This did not arrive and dispite several emails and false promises I never received this edition. I have since cancelled my subscription and am awaiting a refund”
