“My only issue is that I subscribe to magazines for Xmas presents and get asked to renew the subscription before we even get to summer. You need to get co-ordinated and ensure the timely request to renew is about 1 to 2 months before the subscription is due to expire!”

“Good prices, but sends reminder of renewal about 3 months before the date, which seems excessive, and I'm not entirely sure that the date doesn't creep forward each year.”

“They do not really provide anything more than other sites do. The offers are very poor and frankly don't encourage me to purchase unless I really have a desperate need to purchase a subscription.”

“Well what can I say. I paid for a 6 month subscription for the conveniece. To date - have received one of these magazines and that was after I complained it didnt arrive. The second I had to complain but nothing was sorted and now im waiting for the third months which is already out in shops but have not received anything. Waste of time. Won't be doing it again.”

“I renewed two magazine in one transaction. One processed fine, but for the other magazine, the magazine did not get the subscription renewal. I would like to commend Marianne Kaskela for sorting it out in a reasonable amount of time, but this incident does make me question why I use I-subscribe for renewals. Though I wouldn't have known about some of the magazine I have subscribed to, without them being on the I-subscribe website.”

“this was a first class transaction, The books i ordered were for a 3yr old girl, and all monthly editions have arrived on time - a birthday every month, much to her delight. A very good service”
