“Yes I agree with a lot of what people are saying that its taken a little longer than expected to get my package delivered !! and I am not happy but it is CHRISTMAS...and they promised before Christmas delivery and to that they have honoured...they have even refunded my additional postage I paid so over all did I get my board before Christmas Yes I did and money back for postage I paid, therefore it is unfair I leave a bad review, But what I would say to the company is may speak to their curriers as its clear they can not handle the demand.”
“Lots of research before I bought online since the press are really making Swegways a hot topic. Spoke to the team on the phone and cleared all my concerns about the safety side of things including the big question if the plugs were safe. Ordered on the 3rd and took delivery on the 9th. Not bad for a free delivery service. Now the board is exactly what I ordered. Black Classic with UK BS1363 charger, manual and box. It's called a smart balance wheel, others calls it differently. I am guessing it's because it's so new to the market there's no actual fixed name just yet. After unboxing and charging it we have been using it all week with no problems. I highly reccomend these guys and will definitely be ordering again in summer for my sons birthday!”

Probably people think me mad to give a rating of excellent quite simply I have purchased several items over the years that have been faulty both online and in high street stores. Faulty goods are a fact of life so what them really counts is the after sales service often a stressful period trying to contact people being told you need to talk to another department etc in this case from the moment I contacted I.swegway I found them to be quick to respond (hours not days ) professional courteous helpful and at no point did I feel hassled they picked up the faulty product within 24 hours and I look forward with confidence to receiving replacement . “The board arrived yesterday and has been in almost constant use since and seems fine and is much envied. At the time of writing it is a nerve-wracking experience buying one as there doesn't seem to be many reviews for any of the main companies. I went with this company over one with a similar name even though this one was more expensive just because when I spoke to them they sounded less dodgy. The website lacked much information and had no reviews so I was going on gut feel from a phone call. I paid an extra £10 for 3-5 day delivery and it took 6 working days to arrive so that wasn't so great as I missed the birthday it was intended for but they were quick to apologise and promised a free carry bag (which has yet to materialise!) - I have not deducted any stars because I should have ordered sooner and they were a nice company to deal with. I got the impression the issues were due to a good natured shambolicness (if that is a word?) at their end and that they are probably inundated with orders. Please do come back to me iSwegway if you would like pointers for your systems or website!!”
