“Delivery fast, but got this as a present and it was used before realising we had no blue tooth in it resulting in us having to pay to get it looked at to see whether we had been given wrong one or whether it was a fault so we never bothered. Then 2 days later there was £70 off the same model which we missed out on too”
“its is very good product and my daughter was vvvery happy. However the added stick-on bumpers did not adhere to the face plate. This has caused a lot of confusion by iSwegway who were informed of the problem on day three. iSwegway have had office communication problems ranging from:- not sending a replacement. iSwegway replied with a call to advise of a potential demand of payment to replace the part that was defective?! Also a call requesting a product recall?! we have since received a free replacement and would still use this company as with all the confusion they still strive to give a quality service.”
