Bought my sons swegway from here in feb 2016. All good service and delivery and product was great my son was very pleased. However had an issue with the charger not working properly and eventually the device would not charge at all. Emailed iswegway they had great customer service and response times to emails etc....sent us out a replacement charger which is working great. Happy son....Happy customer !!! Thanks

I bought a Swegway from you as a Christmas present for my 12 year old Son. I call you and ask if they were up to British standards, and was assured they were. It arrived two days later than you said it would but still in time for Christmas ... My Son was thrilled when he opened it, BUT ONLY AFTER TWO HOURS it stopped working ... I couldn't get in touch until 4-1-16 !! I called you and was told it would be replaced the call cost me £15 because. It's a premium number !! Total rip off. You have never got back to me?? I have emailed 7-8 times and got one reply asking for pictures of the board which I have done... Still nothing !! This absolutely disgusting, I am now going legal to get my money back, and also contacting watchdog ... This company is so unprofessional and a total sham.. I have now had a replacement swegway and had a guy call me to apologise, it arrived on the 29th Jan, and is working fine at the moment. So my son is happy again. But just a note to Iswegway management, it's not that they go wrong that makes us upset, it's the lack of response, if someone had called earlier to say it's being felt with, all would be OK, it's good to talk .....!!

I was happy with service online and all questions were answered quickly. But was disappointed when i phoned customer service as my query couldnt be answered about my order.

Very satisfied with product. Feel safe in the knowledge that it's checked to British Standards. Hasn't burnt the house down yet :P Packaged very well. Delivery delayed due to Christmas period, but was free. Tried calling for updates, staff a bit drippy! Didn't take order number or anything, no concern, just 'it's a busy time'.

Spoke to customer services prior to buying this due to concerns and they were very helpful. Arrived promptly with good courier tracking. 11 year old son loves it and it works well. Only negative is the dodgy Chinese instructions. You get the message but the translation is comical.

The website was well presented, and all relevant information required was well documented. It was easy to navigate and the whole purchasing procedure was a pleasant experience. The companies email feed back regarding the purchase and delivery was prompt and reassuring. Questions I raised were answered promptly and honestly. Although purchased just prior to the festive season, the promise to deliver before Christmas was met. The product arrived on time, well packaged and in good running order. It was well engineered and looked the business. It's been used and abused by my six grandchildren for the past couple of weeks and is still functioning well. The only small negatives found are that the black protection strips on web illustrations were not included, and there was a rattle found in one half of unit , which proved to be a rogue loose Spring washer which was easily remove. Overall a quality unit that I can recommend to all who are looking for a quality product at a very fair price. I am in my seventies and was able to master the air board within 15 mins. What more can I say !!!

The actual board is fantastic and we've had loads of fun on it since Christmas day and although we had to opt for blue instead of the green we originally ordered the chrome makes all the difference. The delivery times were slightly longer than quoted but after a call the company promised us it would arrive before Christmas and it did so happy child means happy customers

Our so is ecstatic with his board can't criticise had good email responses and came well packaged it just took alot longer that expected to come and only communicated to us once we had emailed them.

Hi Good email communication so far......thank you..... I'm hoping my board arrives before Christmas. I ordered on the 15th December. I see on the website all deliveries are guaranteed if ordered before 18th and I received an email stating this too and that it had shipped. Please don't let my little girl down with this guys x The tracking number isn't recognised by UK mail so I can't see where it is......some reassurance around this would be welcomed.
