“The build quality was not good. When I picked it up the finish on the cables routing, dropper installation was poor. My first ride I realised quickly the brake levers were not tightened, then spun on the bars and I nearly crashed. Third ride something came loose internally and started making and awful clacking noise. So I came home early from a riding trip. I thought it was the headset but was the internal cable routing coming loose. Also the dropper wouldn't stay down. To your credit you fixed these things within 24 hours. But the initial build quality was incredibly sloppy for an $8k bike.”

“Prices are very competitive which is convenient as they are just round the corner from work. I've had some trouble getting the right size headset bearings but the staff have taken the time to help although it is only a $2 part.”
