“I bought 3 bottles of sake for my son. The delivery was fine, and my son enjoyed the sake.
My only complaint is that one bottle arrived chilled, with a very large amount of plastic packaging.
The cold packs had no instructions for how to recycle. We rang the manufacturer who was helpful and gave us some instructions. But it took ages to empty the gel substance in the ice packs so the plastic could be recycled ...very messy and time consuming.
Not very eco friendly, as I doubt most people would bother to recycle the packaging at all!”
“It's my first place to go to when shopping for Japanese groceries. Naturally I'm hoping for a wider variety of products especailly on grocery items. On website, I wish I could put things in the "basket" and would't get removed until I'm ready to check out days or weeks later.”
