Delivery came with dry ice packaging which kept it cold -- it included instructions for handling as well, so that was nice too.
I typically put them in the freezer and just transfer to the fridge when I know I want to eat it the next day, so they last super long in my experience.”

“I ordered sake and a loaf of Shokupan bread online. Process was easy and delivery took a few days to arrive. Unfortunately, the bread expired the day after delivery. This was disappointing and it would’ve been better for something with a longer shelf life to have been sent.”

“The shop has variety of Japanese foods and goods. Big enough to walk around and eat in. But it takes a week to get things delivered and frozen delivery cost extra. The condition of foods delivered are good, wrapped professionally, but frozen things don't arrive completely frozen through the uk delivery system.”
“Unfortunately the delivery was delayed for 24 hours by which time the frozen food I ordered had defrosted. This was an issue with the courier.
