“We have shopped many times at the Japan Centre when we visit London There are a wide range of products including kitchen stock items, chilled and frozen. Everything we need to make great meals. The staff are friendly and prepared to give advice and recommendations. The food preparation group is amazing, if there is not something wanted in the refridgerators they have always been happy to prepare what you want. For example we like to make ebi sushi and they have always packed a small batch for us. Some great Sake etc. First class friendly service. On-line shopping is also easy with a good website”

Frozen foods were well insulated and remained frozen even though the delivery person just left the box outside and did not ring the doorbell to alert us.
