“Japan Ski Experience was so helpful and full of great information regarding our ski holiday. This was our first ski holiday as a family so to have a company organise everything from accommodation, ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons was one less thing I had to worry about. They were prompt with responding to emails and always willing to provide ideas for our holiday. I would 100% recommend Japan Ski Experience to anyone interested in a ski holiday.”

“Fantastic experience from end to end! Highly recommend. I usually book my own travel but booking with Japan Ski Experience was 100% worth it for the comfort and value. Clear and courteous communications with booking agent, concise shortlist of options presented based on what we wanted, clear dates for deposit and balance payments. Additions of equipment rental, lift passes and ski lessons were seamlessly added. We were booked into the most central village in the ski area (Happo) and our hotel (Hakuba Gateway) was comfortable, clean and very central. It even included laundry facilities that were free to use, and a ski equipment/rental store and lovely pizza restaurant were under the same roof. Our booking also included delicious in-house buffet breakfast, and a free shuttle service to and from the bus station, both of which were invaluable in the snowy weather! Very highly recommend Japan Ski Experience, and will book with them again in future.”

“Japan Ski Experience, were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the time we worked with them to book our accommodation - and it wasn't easy, we had some difficult accommodation requests! From there it worked really well, Oliver in particular was fantastic, really responsive as we worked through lift passes, rentals transfers etc for our big group. Once we arrived it was all fabulous (although we did get to Niseko for the 8 days in January this year that they had no snow! Unheard of. Thanks team Japan Ski!”

“I’m used to booking my own holidays but didn’t have the language skills or local knowledge to navigate a Japan holiday. Japan Ski Experience made the whole process so easy, recommending a selection of accommodation options within my budget, arranging transport in both directions and having ski passes waiting for us at the hotel. I’ll be using Japan Ski Experience for all future trips. Highly recommended!”

“Japan Ski Experience made booking our trip so easy. I felt pretty overwhelmed and confused by booking our second half of the trip after the snow, being able to book everything from accommodation to ski passes to bus transfer to ski hire & lessons was a massive plus for us. The prompt reply to emails was exceptional and once we decided on certain things, the bookings were made right away. Our ski part of the trip was smooth sailing all thanks to Japan Ski Experience :)”

“Your staff were really helpful and in particular both Tarsha and Chie were our main contacts throughout the process. I would definitely recommend you guys to others and will strongly consider using your service again. There were a few minor issues that came up with the Evergreen ski school and some confusion around what a beginner is versus a first timer, so the first day lessons for my wife was a bit of a mess. While this was a bit of a hassle on the day it was a minor part of the overall experience and we had a fantastic family holiday which you helped us create. Cheers!”
