“We had a wonderful trip. Amazing, non-stop snow and we loved the location and amenities at J Sekka. Wish we had more time to take advantage of it all!”

“I just wanted to say THANK YOU! You guys made booking this holiday so easy and everything was perfect and efficient. Trasnfers were on time and booked, the accommodation was beautiful and having the lift tickets made life easy. Definintely will book through you again and have already told people about your service. “All the Ski Japan staff were very welcoming and greeted us with smile on arrival and each time we were picked up. staff responded promptly to our concerns including tracking down property left on the bus from Sapporo. We loved the morning pickup valet service from our house.”

“Everything went well from the booking process to the stuff that really matters on the ground. The bus to the resort was organised and the transfer from bus to hotel was seamless. Lift tickets were waiting at the hotel at check-in. The hotel met expectations in all ways. The staff just so helpful! Ski school for a newby by went so well. Parallel in 5 days and can’t ask for more than that. Heading back home after the holiday went just as well. The service by the Japan Ski Experience team was exceptional. We will do this again with confidence. Hope the powder is just as deep each day...”

“I cannot say thank you enough to Japan Ski Experience for their help, support and great service. You know they are good when the ski rental place said they like dealing with them as they are always thorough and reliable. Thank you for organizing absolutely everything, it makes the whole trip so easy. Next year it will be back to Hakuba again for my fourth year in a row booking, of course through Japan Ski Experience !!”

“This is our 3rd year with Ski Japan. The team is amazing. Forward thinking and responsive. We feel very well taken care of and nothing is an issue. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Cant recommend them highly enough. We will be back !! Thanks Gavin Harrison”

“Very easy to book everything you need, from accommodation to lift passes, to airport transfers! Basically a few emails and its done! The accommodation Akazora was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful! A great week spent in the best snow we have ever seen!”
