“Helpful advice when booking and very prompt responses to all enquiries. Everything was very smooth, lift passes waiting for us and accommodation was perfect. Gear hire and lessons were both good too and very accommodating. I would definitely use Japan Ski Experience to arrange bookings again.”

“Very impressed with the accommodation, and that you placed us in adjoining accommodation with my brother’s family group. Transfers and ski hire bookings all worked very well. Thank you, we had a very enjoyable holiday”

“All the details we required regarding transport to our apartment and leaving our apartment, where to meet the shuttle at the airport were provided so we knew exactly what would happen - very well organised and our apartment was in a great location and most suitable for our family. Thank you for all the small things that made the trip easy.”

“Duncan was extremely useful in creating the holiday. His advise was relevant and practical. Once booked payment was straightforward. The holiday went as planned from arrival to departure and was extremely well organised. All apart from my son losing his phone but then that is not your fault! Duncan is a credit and an asset to your organisation”

“From start to finish the service from Japan ski experience was highly professional. The wonderful advice we received throughout the planning of our holiday was based on a great knowledge of the locations, properties and suppliers recommended. Any questions were answered promptly and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Japan Ski Experience and intend to use them again for our next holiday.”

“We had a great time in Niseko thanks to Japan Ski Experience. Lovely spacious accommodation with a bus stop right outside plus one great member of staff who helped us reserve restaurant bookings for our group.”

“Services were very helpful and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodation which exceeded our application. One feedback would be to remove the misleading offer of a complimentary 8 seater van in the website. Since that offer is outdated it should be removed.”

“Our experience booking through Japan Ski Experience was excellent. It was the first time we had travelled to Japan with our 4 children to ski so I was very unfamiliar with the different resorts and logistics. Our consultant Ai was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient making our reservations for accommodation, tour, ski lessons and equipment hire. I would have no hesitation in recommending JSE and would definitely use them again.”
