“I cannot say thank you enough to Japan Ski Experience for their help, support and great service. You know they are good when the ski rental place said they like dealing with them as they are always thorough and reliable. Thank you for organizing absolutely everything, it makes the whole trip so easy. Next year it will be back to Hakuba again for my fourth year in a row booking, of course through Japan Ski Experience !!”

“This is our 3rd year with Ski Japan. The team is amazing. Forward thinking and responsive. We feel very well taken care of and nothing is an issue. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Cant recommend them highly enough. We will be back !! Thanks Gavin Harrison”

“Very easy to book everything you need, from accommodation to lift passes, to airport transfers! Basically a few emails and its done! The accommodation Akazora was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful! A great week spent in the best snow we have ever seen!”

“I was slightly skeptical at first, was slightly suss with booking a holiday with a company who's office wasn't based in Australia. But this honestly had to have been the easiest holiday I've ever been on. Japan Ski Experience take away all the pain points, they meet you at the airport, ensure that you get on the correct bus, and then meet you at the welcome centre to take you to your accommodation. They were literally at the bus door greeting me, so I didn't even have t go and find them. Next time I go to Japan I'll definitely be booking with them once again.”
