“Quick check in then delivered us to our apartment then on departure picked us up drove us around Hirafu to drop off all our hire gear can highly recommend.”

“Great booking service, the accomodation - Mountainside Hakuba was fantastic - direct access to the slopes and ski school - the staff are amazingly attentive and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect.”

“It was a breeze booking and making payment our accommodation through Japan Ski Experience. We found it convenient that we could add ski lift passes and rental of ski/snowboard equipment together with our booking. Special call out to Ai Tomizawa who was extremely helpful and prompt in answering to our many inquiries!”

“Holiday to Niseko arranged at short notice to take advantage of the snow conditions. JSE made all of the arrangements bar the flights and were delivered exactly as expected - accommodation, transfers and passes. Arrangements were changed to accommodate the delayed arrival of our incoming flight without drama. All in all a great experience and no hesitation in recommending them.”

“The team has been nothing short of helpful and patient throughout my booking process. They answered my questions in great detail, shared useful information with me (our first trip to Hakuba) and even had to repeat because I either misplaced the information or forgotten I've asked. The complimentary transport to supermarket was extremely helpful, and showed us Echoland on the way to Aeon. Everything was well organised except that our request for an extra bed was not set up upon check in. But it was promptly resolved when we returned from the supermarket. I am really grateful to the team, Sarah, Ai and Ted for being so accommodating , patient and friendly. They made the trip a very pleasant and memorable one. Thank you very much.”
