“Sarah and Ai made our skiing trip so memorable. This was mine and my husbands first ski trip so we didn't know what to expect. Sarah and Ai were so responsive and helpful with all queries we had. Would highly recommend. Thanks Japan Ski Experience:)”

“The service was very good. Booking through your company was easy. However, it wasn't always consistent with morning transport from the MUSE. Sometimes the driver would peek and wouldn't see us waiting in the lobby area. Other times the driver would say we have to meet at the front of the North Face shop. The apartment 301 Muse - could have more lighting - it's very dim. Also, the pillows were not comfortable. But everytime we called the concierge, they were very helpful.”

“Ben and Duncan were fantastically helpful. Ben helped to make sure we got the property we wanted; they delivered our bags (sent ahead) up 4 flights of stairs and Ben arranged for a bean bag so that there was enough casual seating. He also helped with collection of bags to go back home.”

“Great booking service, the accomodation - Mountainside Hakuba was fantastic - direct access to the slopes and ski school - the staff are amazingly attentive and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect.”

“It was a breeze booking and making payment our accommodation through Japan Ski Experience. We found it convenient that we could add ski lift passes and rental of ski/snowboard equipment together with our booking. Special call out to Ai Tomizawa who was extremely helpful and prompt in answering to our many inquiries!”
