“Our consultant Sarah was extremely helpful for every aspect of our trip - accommodation, location information, bus bookings, and lift pass bookings... You name it, she had it covered! This made our first trip to Japan extremely easy, and all the more amazing. The time distance between Australia and the UK was never an issue either, with all correspondence over email and very prompt.”

“"I have using Japan Ski Experience service for consequent 2 years for my holidays in Japan. I think they have great selections of a wide range of apartments and houses, each of them are so unique and very comfortable. \r\nJSE is a group of young enthusiasts, from the stage of planning I can already using instant messenger for advice on destination choice in Japan. The itinerary they prepared are very detailed, given me great help during my trip to Niseko or Nagano. "”

“Answered emails promptly. Organised all of our transport, lift tickets, accommodation brilliantly. When I had a problem with the accommodation, the staff were right in Niseko to help us.”

“The recommendation was good and response was prompt and seamless. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Shiki Niseko very much. Japan Ski experience recommended us to pre-book our equipment and lift tickets. This made everything so easy on our trip as everything was prepared for us when we arrived. “I found the staff extremely helpful, with all requests for quotations received very quickly. The website is really well laid out and the online booking system works really well. My preference for all future bookings for travel to Japan is to use Japan Ski Experience.”
