He is very responsive and makes great recommendations in anticipation of our needs. “All our communications with your agency were very smooth and successful. We received very good hints for our trip. All the connections were sheduled and were in time. The hotel was very comfortable and it delivered the promises. We were very glad to lodge in Grand Hirafu compared to the other places.”
