“This is our third time booking with Japan Ski Experience. We have also recommended several friends to book with Japan Ski Experience. The key reason is Ben Thorpe. He is very responsive and makes great recommendations in anticipation of our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Japan Ski Experience to any of our friends heading to Japan for skiing.”

“All our communications with your agency were very smooth and successful. We received very good hints for our trip. All the connections were sheduled and were in time. The hotel was very comfortable and it delivered the promises. We were very glad to lodge in Grand Hirafu compared to the other places.”

“Very responsive and easy to deal with. Connections with on the ground suppliers are clearly very good there were never any issues at any stages of the trip with suppliers not being aware of things that had been booked.”

“Airport pick up was fantasic Accomodation was fabulous, staff were very helpful, especially Mutsukki, with her great restaurant and Onsen recommendations. They were spot on and made our stay just that extra level of great. We also did the snow monkey day trip. Kenji our guide was fantastic, he was knowledgable, he was able to explain Japanese culture. This was great as this was our first stop inJapan, it made the rest of our trip great, as we had a better insight into the Japanese culture. Would highly recommend Japan ski experience to my friends”

“Highly recommend Japan Ski Experience. Fast replies to all e-mail enquiries and very informative. They made booking a holiday in a foreign country when we weren't quite sure easy and stress free by giving options that really suited our needs and budget, even down to assisting us with details on Shinkansen and Bus Time Table which was hugely appreciated. They were very knowledgeable on location which helped pick the perfect location for our family ski holiday that was so amazing we are planning the next one.”
