“I used them for the first time when I planned a ski trip to Hakuba last year. They were able to revert back to me pretty soon in less than 48 hours on suitable apartments based on my taste, and preference and budget, which helped me save time in researching on my own. Definitely will be a service provider I will use again to book ski apartments and chalets in Hakuba.”

“My consultant, Duncan, gave quick response and several suggestions. Layout of each room was provided, this gave me a clear visual. There was a good range to choose from even though it was a late booking for peak season. Would use again and recommend Japan Ski Experience.”
