“Staff were really friendly and helpful before and after I made the booking. Accommodation lived up to expectations, renting ski equipment through Japan ski experience was easy etc.”

“I appreciated the amazing help of the staff, the ease of booking and the options that were provided! Once we got to Japan it felt like a luxury having everything taken care of an the accommodations were perfect. Everything was where it needed to be at the right time and it made for a perfect trip. we will be back”
