“The people that I talked to had questions were all so helpful and replied promptly. The accommodation we had Azumi apartments exceeded expectations. it was spacious for 9 persons family group. The kitchen was very well equipped and the knives were sharp with plenty of cutlery and dishes. Light cleaning daily to empty the bins kept the place clean and towel change on third day was appreciated. Grocery run and getting us to the ski shop to hire equipment was also useful. Overall everyone enjoyed the trip including the lovely accommodation. Hope to book again next time we are in Japan”

“We had a great time from the very start of our trip planning. Japan Ski Experience offered great service and help with our queries on accommodation bookings, Japan restrictions, resort lift passes, and transport. The place we've booked is situated in a great location as a chalet and offered a shuttle to the resorts. We didn't have to worry about catching the buses and can make our way to the lift at any time. I would recommend booking with Japan Ski Experience again. hint hint, we are actually planning our trip for next year!”

“Japan Ski Experience always provide a range of accomodation options and good guidance on the options. I find they are competitive on price and highly responsive. They were also very helpful advising on COVID protection and requirements, and keep a good flow of communication without spamming my inbox. Overall, very good!”

“Duncan and Justine were EXCELLENT and there to help with every question that we had. We are Super happy with the service that we received. The Setsumon was a lovely apartment and worked so well for us. Nice and spacious and clean. It was well positioned for easy access to the slopes. We would definitely be very keen to use Japan Ski Experience again for our next holiday. Thank you”
