“The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Sarah and Ai had helped me from the beginning and they made finding a place in Hakuba, a cinch. They answered all my queries and got support until the very end. We did not regret booking our snow holiday through them. It is unfortunate that I got sick during the day we were meant to take skiing lessons (and not get a refund from Evergreen) but that is not JSE's fault. The resort (Sierra Resort Hotel) they recommended is 5 STARS and I would recommend it to anyone planning a ski/snow holiday. The amenities, service, staff were just top notch. My wife and I could not fault it... a lot of things unlimited and unlimited onsen? What more can you ask for??? The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinners offered were all world-class. We wanted to come back as soon as we left the premises. Everything was amazing. The snow monkey tours were great, as well. We would have wanted more break time in between the tours to explore. I guess due to time constraints, that is not a probability. It was very informative, fun, and we got to see some parts of Nagano and learn more about the prefecture. The lunch at Obuse and Zenkoji temple were also amazing. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely book it with JSE! Thank you, JSE! You have contributed to making our honeymoon, something we will always cherish!”

“On changing from koharu resort hotel to Gakuto villas staff were very understanding of our situation with a couple of our party not feeling too well and getting us into the villas promptly. Very much appreciated.”

“Helpful advice when booking and very prompt responses to all enquiries. Everything was very smooth, lift passes waiting for us and accommodation was perfect. Gear hire and lessons were both good too and very accommodating. I would definitely use Japan Ski Experience to arrange bookings again.”

“All the details we required regarding transport to our apartment and leaving our apartment, where to meet the shuttle at the airport were provided so we knew exactly what would happen - very well organised and our apartment was in a great location and most suitable for our family. Thank you for all the small things that made the trip easy.”

“Every thing was very well organised, staff are always on hand to help and have been very accommodating. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because we were charged a cancellation for changing our transfer (when we weren't really cancelling). Even though this is probably a charge Japan Ski Experience couldn't control, I would hope an organisation this this size could would result in a charge not being incurred. Also in previous years we have had prices charged in local currencies, this would have been a useful feature to have kept on the site.”

Thank you very much for the feedback. It is correct that where changes are required, the fees which service providers charge are passed on. But we don't charge anything extra for our services and make these amendments for you free of charge.

“Duncan was extremely useful in creating the holiday. His advise was relevant and practical. Once booked payment was straightforward. The holiday went as planned from arrival to departure and was extremely well organised. All apart from my son losing his phone but then that is not your fault! Duncan is a credit and an asset to your organisation”
