“Please avoid the Sales Advisor on Tom Ford counter. Her manor is somewhat rude and she seems to dislike you touching the product. Very unfriendly and curt! Certainly won't be buying from her.”

“I recently moved to Norwich and spent a lot of money in Jarrolds on furniture. At the time of settlement I asked if the cashier could change a £20 note for 2 x £10 notes, to which I was emphatically told that it is the companies policy not to change pound notes. After handing over a hefty final payment I would have thought that protocol could have been waived to retain a customer, but it appears that is not the case. Sad really.”
