Have not yet received the order. It is taking quite a bit longer than other places I have ordered from so that is the only review I can give at this point

I had ordered a pair of black leggings. Apparently their was an ‘issue with the order’, in reality it is because they ran out of stock. So they asked me to pick a different color, I asked which colors were still in stock and they said to check the website. So I did and it said black leggings were still in stock; so I thought maybe it was for a different color of leggings I ordered that ran out of stock. So I told them that on the website it said black wasn’t sold out- so I would like a pair of black leggings and their response was it is out of stock, and then they finally told me the colors they still had in stock (3 colors) and on the site only one color said t was sold out. I understand things happen, but it was confusing when I had asked what was actually in stock and they just referred me to their website when their website wasn’t actually up to date. Also this all happened after I received an email that my order had shipped, which by now it is very clear my order still hasn’t actually shipped.

Still have not received the item ordered. Currently states it is in New York with no estimated delivery date.

I ordered my package November 26th and it is now December 8th. My package still has not arrived yet. I also order two products and they did not have either one after I had already purchased them.

You have reached out to me before I even received my package, which says something. I am disappointed that I was required/forced to pay almost $10 for priority 2-day shipping and am now sitting here 11 days later and my package is not here. I completely understand with the holidays the postal service is backed up, but I should not have to pay for shipping then. I would have much rather had free standard shipping; I was in no rush for the package anyway. Instead, I was forced to pay a very high amount and the package is way pasted due. I was excited to take advantage of the Black Friday sale, but at this rate, I won’t be returning to the site.

I am very disappointed because I’ve spent a lot of money with your company and I love your company and I understand that it’s very busy right now but I was promised two day shipping and I have yet to receive my package. I am moving and so I reached out and contacted your company and stated that I was moving and to see if you could Mail it to an alternative address and the the email that was sent back said “ i’m sorry it’s already been shipped out sorry”. And that kind of upset me because it just showed that you didn’t really care to help fix the situation. But most importantly I’m upset that my package is 10 days late.

I was not happy with the fact that you do not mail out actual gift cards. My niece asked for that as one of her Christmas gifts, now I have nothing to give her but an email.

I emailed a problem I have with my order yesterday and am waiting to see how this is dealt with before rating your company. A big problem I have with you is that I have not found a way to contact you by phone. Communicating by email only is frustrating. At this point I don’t care to deal with your company again.
