“I love the products... however I paid for 2 day delivery a week ago and I have not received my package. :( very sad about it”

“I am a first time customer and I placed an order on Dec 7th. It said I had two day shipping but I haven’t received my package. The tracking information shows it sitting in preshipment since Dec 9th. I have submitted a customer service inquiry several days ago with no response. I have researched but cannot find a phone number for your company. Unacceptable since you don’t respond to emails. First impression is not going well. When will I receive my items?”

“So many ridiculous fees. This pair of pants shipped to Canada cost me over 150 dollars for an 11 yr old girl. Taxes, exchange rate a d then 22 US on duty. Are you kidding me?? Never again folks. Never again”

“I have ordered from you guys many times before and never have had a problem. Although I have been waiting a while for my package to arrive since I ordered it on Black Friday. I love this company and the materials with it but this waiting time is not ideal because I don’t even remember what I ordered at this point.”
