We are sorry shipping is so slow, unfortunately we can do nothing to hurry the usps up. We ship out daily Monday-Friday to get packages out in time.

“It’s super cute and I’m sure that they’re great! Unfortunately, mine was broken in the mail somehow. :( I have sent two emails to Jatie Corp. so far, but haven’t heard anything back! I’m hopeful that they just haven’t gotten to it yet. Hopefully everyone else has had better luck than I have!”

“My white tank came and it had a blackish grey big spot in the front middle. I emailed you guys about it and have no received a response. If this gets fixed I feel I would rate this much better.”

“I love your products, but your customer service sucks. I need to exchange a sports bra for a larger size, and when I followed directions and contacted you guys for authorization, and all I received back was an email that copied and pasted what was on your website. Then, I emailed back to ask again and never received a response. It has been 4 days since I sent the last email, and I am getting really impatient.”

“I ordered these bands over 10 days ago and paid for 2-day shipping and still haven't received them. I understand shipping is taking longer these days... but 10 days seems like a stretch to me.”

“The only reason I am giving this a 2 is because of the sizing I normally am an XL and this didnt even come close to fitting me at all it was like a small. Wish the sizes where bigger.”

“While everything I purchased was wonderful, I was unfortunately missing three items, the Heartbreaker Highlighter, and the Betz Leggings in Lake Blue and Mysterious Green. If those items can be sent still I'd give Jatie Beauty a 10/5 any day and will happily fix this review to such! Love your products and all you guys do!”

We are sorry on the delay of your order however your order was shipped out within a day. We have no control over the usps, we have been in contact with them and they have informed us they are 5-10 days behind due to fed ex and amazon deliveries.

“I ordered 11 days ago. It was not shipped from Jatie until 3 days after I ordered it according my email received. I just finally received it today. This is supposed to be first class shipping. Very small palette for a whopping $30 bucks.”

“Bought two shirts and received only one of the shirts that I ordered. I also received an incorrect shirt. Emailed the company with order details and pictures of the label, my order, and the incorrect item they sent me. They emailed me back asking for more details instead of reading the whole email and it’s going to take way longer for me to get my correct order now.”
