“The sports jug made my girl super excited! She’s a huge fan! However, we did not receive the shorts I ordered. The shipment says they were together, but they weren’t. The price I paid so she could have your merch is quite high for a 13 year old, but it was for a special occasion- her 13th birthday. I would appreciate help in correcting this matter. “I ordered a pair of shorts and a headband. I ended up having to pay $25 shipping which seemed like a lot but it was for a present so I decided to do it. Then I ended up having to pay $20 customs upon arrival. With exchange customs and shipping I ended up paying $120 for a pair of shorts and a headband. I just thought the shipping costs were too high but my daughter will be thrilled with the product I am sure!”

“I ordered an item within minutes of it dropping on Septmber 10th because I knew it would sell out quickly. This was a gift and the recipient had tried numerous times to no avail. I was super excited that I secured one. A shipping label was created on the 11th. I waited until the 21st to reach out because the item still had not been scanned at the post office and I was running out of time to receive it. The response to my inquiry was proceeded timely. The only reason I'm giving a 2. The item shipped the 25th and I received it the 28th. It's the wrong color. After my experience I'm afraid to request a refund and the item is no longer available in any color. Now I need to go buy a new gift. First and last purchase.”

“My limited edited ombré sport jug got a crack and I can’t exchange it for another one because it’s sold out or exchange it for another color cause it’s sold out :( love the jug just disappointed that it came crack.”

“I was so excited when I ordered my items and because I live in Canada the shipping came to 26.00 dollars which I was fine with paying. Three days later I got a call from fedex saying I need to pay 90 dollars more to get it to me. This was very disappointing so I did return the items back to you guys. I was upset because my shipping would have been almost the same price that I payed for the clothes which I find to be ridiculous”

“I love the print. That is why I decided to take a chance on these leggings. I wanted to love them so badly. For me, the fabric will snag with my 2 dogs, they are not high waisted and does not compress the stomach like I hoped, the inner seems are scratchy, and not comfortable. I am sure many people will love them though, sadly they will not work for me.”
