They usually are the highest offer, but even when they are not I still go to them because I trust them, their customer service, and expediency in processing transactions. I've had one item lost by ups and Jay Brokers explained the process and I quickly received payment despite the item getting lost. “I have never sold anything online before so I was a bit hesitant at first, thinking it would be overly complicated and stressful dealing with bidders and auctions... but it wasn't and there were no auctions to worry about! It was simple to get started and obtain a quote- it took less than 5 minutes. The quote I received was fair so I decided to go through with the sale and boxed up my device carefully with good packing materials, affixed the shipping label that was emailed to me and then dropped it off at UPS. It didn't take long to arrive at their offices and once it did, it was a very fast turnaround to receiving my payment via PayPal. I have to say that the entire process was smooth sailing and I highly recommend Jay Brokers to anyone who would like to get rid of a device! Hi Donald, we received a returned check from you on 1/4 with the reason, "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS - UNABLE TO FORWARD." The post office attempted to deliver it 12/29, but it looks like the address may be an RV or mobile home park, so I wonder if it is missing the site #?
