“Good service, however if you choose to have a free alteration, ensure that you save the narrative instruction, prior to completing the order. I didn’t, and the instruction disappeared without warning, resulting in the product being delivered unaltered”

“They are good to deal with. Bought a Wrangler 2XL denim jacket which proved too small despite saying it fitted a chest up to 44/46 & I am a 43. Returned this and replaced with a 3XL Wrangler which was huge!! & had to return this also. Through their website I got a UK phone number (ALL TOO UNUSUAL ON MANY WEBSITES) & spoke to Sarb. He was really helpful, very good mannered about the sizing -which I can't blame Jean Scene for- & has suggested I try a different make. I'm still thinking about this as it costs me -with packaging-nearly £5.00 to return goods each time. That adds to the cost. However, they seem a reputable company & are good to deal with & it is excellent to have a phone contact number to call. I wish they would put it on their website. The 4 rather than a 5 rating is not their fault but is down to the sizing issues I experienced.”

“Most impressed with the service. The jeans were delivered quickly and when I found I had ordered the wrong size and returned them, a new pair were despatched almost by return. A good service.”

“Easy to order, quick delivery of 2 pairs of jeans for me to try. Returned one pair as not suitable. Awaiting if returned jeans repayment process is swift, so can't comment on this at the moment. Price of jeans were competitive.”

“Delivered for when I wanted. Good service, quick, efficient. My Dad was very please with his new Wrangler shirt and jeans. They put a smile on the face of a 70 year old man with dementia who has always 'loved' his Wranglers.”

“My husband has always liked Farah Frogmore style trousers as they fit so well. However he was a little disappointed with the quality, the hopsack fabric is not as heavyweight as it used to be. I had ordered a mid grey colour which came up as available on your website, but after I completed the sale your confirmation email stated that they were dark grey. Fortunately, when the parcel arrived the colour was acceptable.”

“The leather Wrangler name patches are much larger and a different colour than any of my other Wrangler jeans bought from major High Sreet stores.Are they genuine Wrangler jeans?”

“I purchased two pairs of Wrangler Jeans and was disappointed to discover that one pair had a defective inner leg seam I always wash jeans before I wear them and discovered the sewing flaw afterwards. I felt that I couldn't return the defective pair as I had washed them. I thought that Quality Control would have spotted the error? I will check more thoroughly next time!”
