“I found it really interesting and helping to feel calm and in control. all my questions were answered, and the support was really helpful for getting to know how i can get around the South Island without a car even if I am in a remote area. Shontelle was really helpful and really welcoming, she made me more confident in my plans. I love the 24/7 support; it is really reassuring. The orientation was really quick, we had a lot of time to explore the city on our days and since we were a really small group, it was fun being all in the same room and doing activities together.”

“I wrote a lengthy email asking a few various questions as something like this is very new to me. Jessie was patient and kind enough with me and helped me to understand absolutely everything I asked about. Customer service alone 10/10”

“The Orientation Days were really useful to get a lot of information about everything that you need to know before you really start the adventure. The Jenza Team could also answer all the questions everyone had and it was also really nice that they had some experts on certain topics like for buying vans. The trip to Devonport was also great because this way you could see a different part of Auckland that I didn't know of. Overall it was a great price for a great experience.”

“Jenza was a great help with organizing and preparing my work and travel trip. The orientation was great for getting an overview of activities, jobs and travel tips. It was amazing to meet all the other backpackers and connect with them and find new travelbuddies. Having a contact person at Jenza at all times trough out my trip gives allot of safety and certainty.”

“When I started my trip I felt kind of bad because I did not that much preparing and I hoped that the orientation will give me clearance which it definitely did. I met super nice people and found some travel partners due what I can definitely recommend Jenza to other travelers.”

“Jenza helped us feeling more comfortable especially at the beginning of our journey. It was wonderful to have such kind and open people who helped you with all the preparations for doing work and travel. After the program we felt really prepared to explore New Zealand. “I was immediately welcomed with an easygoing atmosphere. The help was direct and engaging with all the information presented in a clear and concise manner. It felt easy to socially connect with the other backpackers. When booking, the website was clear, and the payments were nicely broken down. Was given plenty of reassurance and feel I can reach out whenever and wherever I am in NZ.”

“Thankyou JENZA! I was honestly skeptical about using any company in relation to VISAS but I trusted JENZA and was forever grateful I made that decision. They helped throughout the whole process despite me having a small window of time to make it happen. They did everything they could to get me approved and to America with all the knowledge and support contacts I needed. I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed without them from start to finish. Thanks to JENZA not only did I have a fantastic year working and living in America, but I also met my now Fiancé while I was there. He will absolutely be using JENZA as well to come to Australia on a working holiday visa. For me, it was an amazing experience after graduating university, to go to America and something I would have missed out on if it wasn't for the professional and personable attitudes of Jessie and the team at JENZA. I Couldn't speak more highly of Jessie and team and recommend anyone reading considering this to go ahead and do it too!”

“We were really scared when we arrived at New Zealand, but the Jenza Team really helped us to answer our questions.
