“My first item was a purse and a stone fell off within an hour of using it. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund or a store credit. They ignored me and are sending a new bag. My second purchase is a top with poor quality material. I won’t bother returning it because I know I won’t get my money back and customer service is difficult and slow. But what makes me really angry is that I have paid for 2 pre orders for September….I want them cancelled and I want my money back!!!!”

“I placed an order and it said it had an ETA at end of May and didn’t receive until June 9th. I also paid for UPS ground shipping and received via USPS. With no refund for the extra shipping that I had paid. First and last time shopping”
