“The staff at Jewellers Ark were really helpful. They emailed me to confirm how many links needed to be removed from the watch strap, which was really helpful because I had misunderstood the method of measuring the watch strap. Jewellers Ark then emailed me a photograph of the watch so I could confirm it was all ok, before they delivered it. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“Very friendly and polite. Easy to deal with. Bought a watch as part of my wife's ruby wedding gifts and although it Rotary failed to deliver when they said, Jewellers Ark chased it up, adjusted the strap to the required size, gift wrapped it, and sent it recorded delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Even included a free gift (pen). Thanks to all concerned. It was a big hit on the day.”

“They did not have my chosen watch in stock, however Jewellers Ark said an order from Rotary was due any day and the watch could be with me in about a week, the price was so good I placed an order, true enough the watch was with me a week later, I'm so pleased with my new watch and really happy with the service I got, the postage service used was excellent as was the packing, in fact I have never received an item so well packaged "ever", the bracelet strap had been shortened to exactly the length I'd quoted, so fitted perfect. I would certainly use JA again and firmly recommend to others. Service like it use to be !!”
