“I recently bought my first item from Ark Jewellery and would most certainly buy from them again. On this occassion i had to return the item, not because of a quality issue but because i had chose wrong for the person i bought it for. I phoned Ark and they were very helpful and the person i spoke to could not answer some of my questions regarding a replacemnt , they promised to go away and find out and phone me back. I recived a phone call as proised (very quickly) and all my answers to my questions were fully answered. I would be happy to purchase agin from Ark and also recommend the to others.”

“This was the first time I had used Jewellers Ark and I was not disappointed, I found the hot diamonds bracelet I wanted £50 cheaper that anywhere else. I ordered on a monday and was a little worried as I didnt receive an email acknowledgement, so after a couple of days I emailed them and got a response very quickly and a copy of the email i should have had. They explained that the one they had in stock had a faulty catch so would be getting one in in the next day. I then received the bracelet on the Saturday morning so only 6 days, the bracelet is lovely and I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Thank you for your service. The item I ordered was not in stock, I received an email notifying me and asking if I would like to cancel. I replied and asked them to put the item on back order which they did. It arrived before the time they said and it was posted out to me”
